AV Checklist

To get an accurate estimate, we will need to know where you plan on having your AV items situated. Mainly the stage and the video screens (if required).

Important note about Music
Please note that our role is to provide AV Equipment for your event. We do not DJ events, or run selected music playlists. This is the responsibility of the client to bring in their own DJ or to have a pre-selected play list off their iPod or mobile device. We do however, provide connections for these.

• Have you downloaded the space floor plan? Please mark down the major areas of where the AV will be going.
• How many microphones do you require? If yes, handheld or lapel? Do you have a panel of people speaking? Are you having a Q&A session?
• Are you running any presentations? Do you require video for your event?
• Are you bringing in a band? How big is the band? Do you have their stage plot?
• Are you bringing in a

• Do you require any stage risers? If so, how many? (each riser is 4×8 feet at $100 each)
• Do you require specialty lighting?
• Are you having any media presence at your event that will need to plug into a media pool?

• Do you require kitchen close off draping?
• Are you bringing in any food trucks? If so, how many, and are any running off their own generators?
• Does your caterer require kitchen power?
• Do you require any 20 amp power drops ($50 each)? If so, how many?

• How many items and how heavy is each item you need rigged? We will need exact location on the floor plan to see if this is feasible due to ceiling beams.
