About Q Ideas

Technical theatre and live stage performance have formed the foundation of Terry’s career for nearly three decades. Forming Q Ideas in 2007, he brings expertise across all areas of Technical AV Management, including equipment procurement and maintenance, labour management and scheduling, event and show budgeting, client relations, contract negotiation, vendor partnerships, and union coordination. From small independent business operations to large corporations, to arenas and stadiums, Terry understands the importance of leadership, operational integrity, brand standards, and consistent execution.

From 2018 to present, Terry also holds the position of Senior Production Manager for Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, overseeing all live event production at Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, OVO Centre, and Coca-Cola Coliseum.
